What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All funds must be received and cleared before orders will be shipped. All of your personal and credit card information will be kept strictly confidential.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order.

Are there taxes on my order?

Orders shipped within Canada will be charged Canadian taxes. Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador rates are 13% HST. Nova Scotia 15% HST. British Columbia 12% HST and Territories and other Provinces will be charged 5% GST. Canadian taxes will not be applied to orders shipped to the United States or Internationally. Principessa Beauty is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to International shipments. US orders are shipped from Washington State and no duties or taxes will apply.

Where do you ship to?

We now ship to Canada, US and Internationally! If ordering outside of Canada or the US, we will contact you after the order is placed for shipping rates. You can also contact us for an International shipping quote. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

* tip: remember if you are electing to have an order shipped to a home address someone should be there to receive it. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for returned orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 48 hours. For North American orders, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your delectable items to arrive. All orders shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS. For International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.

If you are desperate for your beauty fix and require faster shipping please contact us and we will do everything we can to get our delicious products to you ASAP!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat fee of $10US/CDN for shipping and handling within North America on all orders under $75. Shipping is free on orders over $75. International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Your privacy is sacred to us! We will not release, rent, sell, loan or disclose any personal information you share with us to anyone, PERIOD!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be ecstatic about the purchases made at Principessabeauty.com. Returns and exchanges and are available on merchandise within 10 business days of receipt. Merchandise must be unopened and unused. We can not give exchanges on used products. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipments must be pre-paid by the purchaser. Please call (866) 320-2522 or contact us at bella@principessabeauty.com for a return authorization # before returning any item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. This applies to items sold with "Free Shipping" If you decide you want to return it within the 10 days for a refund. Your refund would be purchase price less "actual" shipping charges to your destination.
